It is made up of spaces of generous heights and landscape details inviting us to enter the reception with an interior finish with contemporary shapes and different waiting environments. On this level we find the administration, bicycle rooms and service areas. All of these spaces represent our reception to the building.
Continuing with the second level, inside there are all the recreational areas for all ages with different experiences. One is the culinary area with catering with a living room and kitchen, terrace, the recreation area is formalized by a social room that functions as a games room and is connected to the rear garden, the fitness area contains a gym with its locker areas and a playroom. . On the garden level is the coexistence area for all its inhabitants. The first is the pool with a wet sun lounge, wading pool and a large front garden where the pedestrian bridge that leads to the central park is connected.
