JV Plaza is a nine-story commercial building strategically located on a roundabout, featuring a distinctive design with a cylindrical base for parking and an elongated hexagonal upper volume for offices. The cylindrical volume is clad in a metal structure, enhancing aesthetics and providing privacy for the parking area. The upper volume offers panoramic views with its glass-walled exterior.
The ground floor will host a restaurant, while floors two through five will be dedicated to parking. Floors six through nine will offer modern office spaces. The rooftop will serve as a lounge, providing an exclusive area for relaxation and scenic views.
JV Plaza stands out for its innovative design, functionality, and harmonious integration into the urban environment, combining aesthetics, practicality, and comfort.
