About the project (provided by the applicant)
This Villa is forming from four rectangular prisms which can move and relocate on each other according to the slope of the lot. Since the project includes 9 different lots with different form of slope, designing a flexible volume was necessary. The cubes locate on each other in a stair-form way. The last cube was consider as the southern yard, because we needed a gap between our villa and the neighbor on the south; so we can use the light from the south and also provide the privacy of the residential space.
