The proposed mixed-use development in Istanbul is designed to address the needs of the city's growing population by optimizing space utilization. The development comprises 50% residential, 30% commercial, and 20% office spaces. A key feature of the design is the integration of green zones and greenery throughout the site. The commercial spaces incorporate stepped terraces, providing outdoor areas on every floor, while the residential buildings offer uninterrupted views, recreational zones, and sky parks on intermediate levels within the high-rise structures.
