Koohsar villa town consists of 16 pieces in different areas. Koohsar project had been started at 2018. Koohsar is located in Mazandaran province which has natural attractions and unique views. New concept was designed based on existing skeleton in the site. Porous boxes were designed to cover the existing columns and make elevation design eye-catching. It's impossible to deny the serenity and simple beauty when confronted with a resolved minimalist interior. The palette is mostly monochromatic and mostly warm. minimalist-designed space in corporates an open floor plan, lots of light, and simple line furnishings that are well-built and comfortable. All these create soothing and inviting space that has a timeless aesthetic. Most of the private spaces like bedrooms are designed on the second floor and public spaces are close to entrances on
the first floor. Each floor has their own terrace view with blue Caspian sea.
