Villa Pano

Best Implemented Project of Private Residence
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Villa Pano is located on a 420-square-meter site in Chalandar village, Mazandaran province, featuring 370 square meters across three floors. The first floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and guest room; the second floor has three bedrooms and a private living room; and the third floor boasts a roof garden.
Design challenges arose from surrounding restrictions, limiting usable space to about 150 square meters. The villa's design focuses on maximizing southern views of the nearby forested mountains, creating diverse spatial qualities—open, semi-open, and closed spaces. By utilizing height, each floor offers unique dimensions and privacy levels. The transparent design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing occupants to enjoy natural beauty while remaining comfortable indoors. Villa Pano serves as a tranquil retreat, showcasing the picturesque landscapes of northern Iran.
