Based on Le Corbusier's modular system, we divided the total volume of the building into 4 sections
and these divisions caused some slots in all parts of the building blocks that we allocated these slots to flowers and plants and water fountains which are compatible with the climate of the project area. Moreover, there is a tree in each slot planted in the basement of the building and stretches to the ground and upper floors. In order for the occupants of the units situated next to the slots not to observe neighbors, and in order to respect the privacy of the neighbors, the walls are arranged in such a way that blocks a view to the units next to each other through changing the angles of the walls. In addition, the units are shared with their adjacent units without a wall in most floors. The created slot renders a splendid view in the lobby, parking lots, gym and pool replete with ivy, water fountains and trees, which are observable to the occupants, guests and even pedestrians.
