About the project (provided by the applicant)
The design of this villa follows a modern and minimalist approach, with a focus on creating a unique spatial experience within the interior. To achieve this, layered boxes are placed side by side, forming a distinctive spatial relationship that offers a different sensation to the villa's occupants. The movement and shifting of these cubes along the Z-axis create diverse spaces, each generating its own dedicated communal area.
The villa is divided into private, semi-private, and public sections, allowing family members or users of the villa to simultaneously utilize all the designed spaces. This arrangement ensures that each section operates independently without interfering with the others, providing privacy and functionality in equal measure.
In today’s world, the energy crisis is a significant global challenge. The zoning of spaces within this villa is designed to minimize energy consumption, addressing this critical issue.
