MG Residence building is a luxury building design experience in holy Mashhad.
According to the location of the property and its value, the plan should be different so that it can shine like a precious gem in this area.
The east floor is the west and the floors are two units, and the disturbing light from the west and east overshadows both units in terms of light absorption. Therefore, a louvre-like form has been considered in the facade design so that the user can increase and decrease the light of the units according to their needs. As you can see in the picture, these louvres provide the user with a full view in the open state and limit the light in the closed state.
In addition to paying attention to the issue of energy architecture, terraces with great depth also provide the user with a different seating option.
In this area, the streets and green spaces are very significant, and the plantain trees on the streets define a green roof.
