About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Pasargad Project is an outstanding example of combining sustainable architecture and optimal use of solar energy. In this project, natural daylight is maximized through windows during the day, and night lighting is provided by solar panels. The project's design is inspired by Iranian architecture. The northern courtyard draws inspiration from organic architecture to create a desirable space away from urban pollution. Additionally, the presence of nature inside the spaces through the central courtyard, green walls, and more is evident, contributing to improving indoor air quality and creating a healthier environment.
The ceiling of the third floor of this villa is designed as glass and automatic. Furthermore, rainwater collection systems are integrated into this villa to help reduce water consumption. This villa is recognized not only as a place of residence but also as an inspirational example of sustainable and environmentally friendly design.
