This project is consist of 8 different types of 3-story villa buildings on 36 plots of land, and efforts have been made to place and repeat the types in different plots with emphasis on diversity in the volume and overview of the complex and to avoid repetition and uniformity. The use of distinctive and sculpturally stairs in the open space to connect the many terraces in the different levels of the villa to one another and repeat these stairs in all 8 types, the use of sloping roofs and similar materials are the common features of all the different types of villas of the complex.
