About the project (provided by the applicant)
This 42-story tower is a commercial-residential building located in the heart of Tashkent. The first four floors are dedicated to a shopping center and offices, while the upper floors house luxurious apartments with a separate entrance and lobby from the commercial zone. The tower features an oval shape with varying floor configurations. The vertical curvature and setbacks in different directions on each floor create a dynamic and unique form. These setbacks within the tower accommodate open-air greenery spaces, spanning two to three floors in height and providing three large gardens on different levels. The central core of the tower houses the staircases and elevators, serving not only as a structural system but also providing both main and emergency access. Functional spaces with 360-degree views are designed around this central core. Due to the tower's location, it serves as a prominent landmark in the city.
