Garden Dunes reimagines urban living with a façade that captures the geography of the region, blending the shifting forms of local sand dunes with the harsh, dynamic path of the sun’s analemma. This design harmoniously reflects the area’s distinctive natural elements and solar patterns, creating a striking and contextually relevant architectural landmark. This residential building harmonizes nature-tech & culture, creating a striking sustainable living in the city. Its fluid, undulating metal panels mimic the natural movement of dunes, and the movement of the sun while integrating sustainable features like water collection & distribution systems to nourish lush green terraces. Enhanced by photovoltaic solar films & dichroic foil, the façade offers captivating light and shadow effects, optimizing energy efficiency & minimizing UV impact. becoming a testament to innovative design, blending cutting-edge technology with aesthetic beauty to provide a unique, eco-friendly living experience.
