The smart library is a combination of conventional reading and advanced electronic technologies. Smart furniture was specially made for it, and they bought smart equipment and devices, too. Intelligent technologies are used here in lighting and air conditioning systems, as well as for heating and water supply. This is a cultural environment where children have all kinds of opportunities for personal development, young people can meet and socialize, and the older generation — have leisure and learn to find their ways in the digital space.
