Once, a garage was the only type of private property allowed by the state. Such garages were built near each other and became some kind of developments with their unique informal traditions. They were usually used as workshops and a place for recreation, and the architects found this idea inspiring. The architectural solutions they used make the new parking site stand out not only in the district but also in the city. The composition made of glass rooms with terraces and public venues looks both monumental and fragile, as a multifaceted crystal within hard rock.
