This is the first Russian medical town built with the use of the most advanced technological and architectural solutions. This isn’t just a place to take care of the patients. It is the place where both patients and the staff are comfortable.
The overall area of the clinic premises reaches 30.5 hectares. 6.8 km of walkways and a 1 kilometer-long Terrainkur were designed, and much focus was on beautification with landscaping and arrangement of usable leisure sites. The highlight of the place is a lighted fountain with a diameter of 20 m. At night, its water jets are lit with 105 spotlights, which reecho the lighting around the place.
