Today, the Bulak Creek with its architectural lighting is one of the most remarkable and beautiful places in Kazan. The project was paid by the State and included lots of works, in particular installation of extensive cable routes, 2,100 lamps, screw piles for rectangular lamps, PSUs, cable lines, and spotlights. Moreover, the project required earthworks, too.
