About the project (provided by the applicant)
The customers wanted to have their mezzanine floor zoned and also their sitting room and the study redesigned in the modern American style typical for the mid-20th century. They also wanted their older son to get some loft area that would look quite brutal.
The new design of the sitting room included a marble and tinted oak bar counter. A tiny but elegant bathroom was also fit into the room. A luxurious wine room finished with glass and marble was located in the other end of the mezzanine floor, but its heart is an outstanding rest place with a 360 degrees view around a trendy chimney.
