About the project (provided by the applicant)
Hirland residential & cultural complex is designed in Hir city, Ardabil province. The city has become a tourist destination since the opening of Hirland entertainment complex in 2019, which attracts domestic and foreign tourists, prompting the need for nearby accommodations in Ardabil or Sarein. However, due to high demand during peak travel seasons like summer and spring, additional lodging options within the Hirland area are necessary. In addition to the residential part of the complex, a cultural center is designed to display local art and crafts as well as souvenirs. This not only benefits tourists but also boosts employment and economic growth for local residents during both construction and operation phases of the complex.
