Iskra Sports and Recreation Center is the sportive core of SOYUZ residential development. At three levels of this facility, there will be an ice rink for hockey and figure skating, a 25-meters long swimming pool with six lanes, two kid pools, three tennis courts, as well as rooms for fencing, boxing, and combat sports.
On the outside, this building is quite remarkable. It has won the Architectural Moscow 2024 Awards as the Best Architectural and Town-planning Solution for a Health and Sports Center. The color palette is made of warm shades, whereas dark grey stained-glass profiles of stemalite and aluminum panels have decorative star-shaped perforation.
