About the project (provided by the applicant)
The site has the area of 5 hectares. Functionally, it offers residence, trade, active tourism, and sports options, but water activities are definitely at the top of this list. Inspired by pitched roofs, the development was designed in the same style but for the central part, which is more modern and placid. As there is a yacht club, special focus was on design of the yacht marina. There is a tourist part, and a smaller part for those who do yachting. The beautification concept included a square with an existing chapel. The author proposes to build a church here, which will not only be a pinnacle of the development, but the architectural centerpiece, which the district currently lacks.
