About the project (provided by the applicant)
The proposal features an advanced multifunctional place for children
and their parents. It is very trendy and state-of-the-art. The fundamental idea is remembering history and culture of your native lands plus preservation and revival of folk arts and crafts. The new library will be not only a book repository but also a comfortable and creative space where families can learn about the world and attend entertainment events.
The soothing color palette includes traditional colors of the Mordovian people. They celebrate while as a symbol of kindness, red — love and beauty, yellow — value and maturity, and green — ground. A rose-madder eight pointed star used in the interior design is a symbol of the Sun.
