About the project (provided by the applicant)
At first, people lived at the ground level of this building, then there was an advertising agency, and after that – a backstreet bar. Now, it is where Federal Councilor lawyer’s office is located. The office isn’t a big one but thanks to the expert-level rearrangement, there is everything they need – a big room for employees, a director’s study, a hall, a bathroom, a conference room, and even a small kitchen. This office is contemporary and vivid, but also comfortable for both the employees and the visitors. It is hard to believe but the original doors have remained here, and the authors decided to renovate them (as well as the ceiling stucco, which is also a reminder of the Stalin era).
