About the project (provided by the applicant):
Villa Pearl is situated in the village of Mardakan, near the Caspian Sea. The owner wanted the architects to create a new design, preserving the basement and columns of the original building. The three-story villa features a living room, kitchen, and restroom on the ground floor, along with a flexible space that can transform into an open terrace in summer or a cozy, enclosed room in winter. The first floor houses four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Inspired by the surrounding landscape and sea, the architects chose a white classical style for the villa’s design.
