About the project (provided by the applicant):
The facility comprises a water park and a SPA, and its premises will have lush vegetation, swimming pools, and promenade areas. The motives outside and inside echo each other. Level 1 houses a reception area, a water park with all kinds of entertainment zones, a SPA center with a thermal spring, a bathhouse, and a fitness room. Level 2 is intended for promenade and time in the open air.
