About the project (provided by the applicant)

The Moss Garden is a narration about humans moving through time and phobias transforms and finally become the people they really are, their character influenced by outside events and self-reflection.

The Yatsuhashi bridge takes the visitors across a foggy and misty marsh where our fears dwell.  Once you meet your phobias and overcome them, you can reach inner harmony — the parlor with red back lighting is its symbol, and there is a bonsai tree within. In Japan, red is the color of power, luck, and happiness, and all of these are only possible if you are in peace with yourself.
