The large Sunbeams resort is designed for the sand beaches of Anapa. It will comprise eight sections and the beautification concept for the surrounding grounds. The overall area of the site teaches 318.7 thous. sq. m. There will be hotels of three brands, 4* apartments, a trade center, a water park, and a large parking zone. The area of beautification is 78 thous. sq. m.
As the resort is designed close to the sea and the railway station, the airport, and the highway of the city, it is going to be very popular.
The date of substantial completion is 2027.
