The hotel, located on Gremyachaya Gora in Pskov, is designed to respect the cadastral boundaries of historical sites while adhering to the designated area for development. The hotel's design blends traditional architecture with modern trends and technologies, aiming to preserve the site's historical integrity. The facade materials were carefully selected to comply with Pskov's design code.
Located in a scenic area with multiple picturesque views, the hotel features extensive glazing. Its proximity to tourist routes enhances the hotel's appeal.
