This development was inspired with the image of a rock river bank. Like river waters, vehicles continuously drive along the highway, and the houses float high above it as vertical rocks.
Some of the buildings stand on supports above the ground, which makes the new development more transparent. In fact, this design solution alludes to the legendary symbol of modern architecture invented in the 20th century.
The outdoor premises are arranged in several levels with suspended galleries and sightseeing platforms. Commercial facilities located along the highway have flat roofs with green ramps leading to the yard.
