The design district lacks an entertainment venue, and this proposal can solve the problem. They are building more and more residential houses here, but the citizens have nowhere to go in the neighborhood. The new creativity center will be located near several parks at once and will take in the atmosphere of nature and harmony.
Smooth shapes and curves of the facades with their perforation and band glazing make its appearance especially trendy, whereas terraces at Level 2 and independent accesses at different ends of the building are designed to make sure the visitors are comfortable.
