About the project (provided by the applicant):
The authors wanted to design a remarkable building with great views that would overlook Oktyabrskaya Embankment and complement to its appearance. It is lower than the surrounding facilities and has a vivid silhouette. The first two levels with public premises work as a laconic and transparent podium for the hotel itself with its massive walls and V-shaped support legs.
