This concert hall is located in the territory of the ex Krasny Vyborzhets factory.
Its concert halls can be viewed from the outside, which makes the building look quite industrial. The biggest part of it shaped as a shell outlooks the future junction of Arsenalny Bridge. A smaller part with a concert hall that seats 300 people has a view of the local square with its artificial pool. The restaurant adds the final touch to the around-the-square premises. The spotted-glass line divides the building into two parts and creates a continuous connection between the outer and the inner premises.
