The plan to restore the streetscape of Palikha Street and Perunovsky Lane is part of a broader urban revitalization project, focusing specifically on the northern side of Perunovsky Lane. Situated in the historical center of Moscow, the site lies at a street intersection with an «irregular» curve, characteristic of the city's older quarters. Currently, this area remains undeveloped, with green spaces creating a «spatial gap» that disrupts the continuity of the street's curve. The project's primary goal is to reestablish the lost streetscape.
The plan includes the construction of two mid-rise residential buildings along the lane. Given the dense vehicular and pedestrian traffic, the project incorporates features designed to enhance comfort for residents and visitors alike. These include covered public galleries along the ground floors and accessible green roofs on the middle and upper floors of the buildings.
