About the project (provided by the applicant)
Lagoon is a door to the world of marvelous Mediterranean cuisine. According to the designer’s plan, visitors of the restaurant will find themselves under the sea as soon as they put their foot on the doorstep. Stocks of fancy sea fish floats will float above their heads, their splendor reflected by the mirror ceiling in ripples. The compositional pinnacle of the place is the bar zone with a sea wave and a bar counter made of glass blocks — these represent sand at the seaside.
