About the project (provided by the applicant)
A high-style apartment in a tenement house dating back to the 19th century, just 5 minutes away from the Neva. The reception desk in the basement offers the residents to watch the city from the inside. Sofas and armchairs in the lobby feature noble blue, and arcs are highlighted with Corten steel. The ledged ceiling, decorative white panels with back lighting, and spotlights make the public areas really unique. Corridors and stairwells match the style of the reception zone and the apartment interiors thanks to color highlights, wooden panels, and arch openings.
