The apartment was designed for a young family with children, aiming to accommodate all their needs within the available area.
The interior spans two floors: the first is an open-plan common area with a living room, kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, laundry, dressing room, and hallway. The second floor is private, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, an office, dressing rooms, and a hall with a library. Instead of corridors, spacious halls connect the spaces.
One standout feature is the impressive six-meter-high ceilings. The key solution was to create a second light and panoramic glazing, which helps to blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
The focus of the design was on textures and natural materials, including oak parquet, granite, black metal, and textured fabrics like matting and wool.
