About the project (provided by the applicant)
The designed development has blocks of different height and comprises three apartment houses with unique layouts. Windows in the north overlook the embankment of the pond. The entire estate stands on a podium that contains a parking zone and public spaces like cafes, playgrounds, beauty parlors and so on. The courtyard is arranged on Level 2 of this podium. The highlight of the project are its open terraces with a view.
