About the project
At the Khrustalny Cape, there are memorials honoring Sevastopol hero-city and a sculptural group “Soldier and Sailor.”

The design site is located within the development control zone, being a part of the historical settlement, and the coastline of the Karantinnaya Bay is partially related to the place of interesting called “The Ancient City of Tauric Chersonese, Fortresses Chembalo and Calamita.”

This concept was developed to propose ideas and solutions for optimal use of this area’s potential, with account to the historical past and unique location of the site within the city layout, as well as to include this site into the public space of the city.
