About the project
This house is an attempt of reconsidering the heritage and architectural concepts of Moisei Ginzburg. In this project, we’ve speculated on what could have happened if those concepts reached through the socialistic past to the capitalistic today, and were realized in an independent building. 

108 m2 of compact low-priced housing in two storeys, with a living room opening to the mezzanine and offering views of sunsets and the tank park.

The house is built with SIP technology. The project sings praises to profiled sheeting, reinforced with larch-wood inserts.
