About the project
The objective of the project is to improve the architectural image of a historical town and toreprogram and establish some new social and economical processes that will make this premisesan attraction for both citizens and guests of the city.
It was planned to do the following:
— to engage the citizens to project development;
— to compile design estimate documentation;
— to recreate a town mansion image (replace utilities, repair the museum stone building, rearrange a wooden outbuilding into a guest toilet, restore beautification facilities – paths, green sites, exterior lighting, install outdoor amenities).
