About the project
Barcelona, a business class clubhouse, was designed for true connoisseurs of elegant forms, premium-class comfort, flawless ergonomics, inconspicuous security and top privacy.
Its exterior mirroring the style created by Antoni Gaudi, the house contains only 84 apartments.
Ground floors of the 23-storeyed building comprise facilities available only to the estate residents – a nursery, a pram storage room, a fitness center, and a lounge zone.
The premises are closed off for vehicles and contain a cozy landscape park with a fountain and a children’s playground. There are a heated parking zone and a sightseeing platform at the height of 75 meters.
The estate is flawless both in terms of engineering facilities and functional comfort.
