About the Project
The riverside units of the quarter overlook a nature park and water, “encompassing” green areas into the yard space. The second line of units with a gated yard works as the street front of the development. Both lines form a boulevard with shops and recreation areas. The front of the embankment is made up of bracket-shaped houses, the space of the yard “goes outside the boundaries” and unites with the embankment and the riverside park. At the same time, the yard is only accessible to residents, so it becomes a safe place for socializing.
The project provides for preservation of the existing historical buildings, as well as the original ambiance of the place.
