About the project
This is an interior design project for a site of complete cycle production, starting with green coffee beans and ending with a cup of coffee. The project covered four main areas of focus: a coffee roasting site, a cupping lab, a coffee bar, and an office.
The stylistics of the coffee bar represents a coffee fabric – simple, and yet rich in peculiar textures, and at the same time profound and classical as reinforced concrete.
Vivid and nonconformist wall solutions inspired by PichiAvo’s works follow the spirit of the founder.
Lamps floating in the air are turbine blades, as air control is one of the key factors in coffee roasting.
The image of a coffee factory is preserved in the coffee bar, too: powerful and brutal, and yet vivid and blooming (all the plants in the coffee bar are natural).
