About the project
The building is being designed at the Four Horizon development and the House at Neva’s Bend.

The concept of the house is a zikkurat, its main part rising in steps from the 2^ndto the 8^thfloor, forming an interior yard, whereas the two bottom floors feature stained-glass panels and are partially embedded. The building looks like a zikkurat standing on straight and inclined columns over a transparent aluminum and glass base.

This composition features the so-called fifth façade, a terrace roof, visible from adjoining buildings and even from the embankment. Multiple surfaces, connected with one another, are finished with golden composite material, matching the smoky bricks of the main facade.
