About the project
Here the architects managed to combine absolutely different landscapes at one site, harmoniously accommodating diverse proportions, landscapes, textures and sensations. It was decided to change the levels of the site, rising the forest part slightly higher against the main landscaping area. For that, retaining steel walls with powder coating were proposed. A vast open meadow, working as a helicopter landing site, is framed with a wood, standing on retaining walls on the one side, and featuring a view over the front part of the site, on the other side. At the master house, the key highlight is a decorative overflow pool. Cotoneaster blocks at the pool and clipped fir-trees look rather peculiar. The master house and the SPA complex are connected by a large terrace with decorative vegetation.
