About the project
Villa Maria is a project of a private residence of 780 m2, its premises reaching a total of 2,150 m2. Residential premises are equipped with an expert climate control system. Special glazing helps to significantly reduce the power utilized by the climate control unit. The house facades are finished with natural materials: various marble species, and travertine.
