About the project
One Trinity Place development is a bright example of top trend European architecture, designed by a globally known British architectural studio Squire & Partners and setting up a new 21stcentury living standard for St. Petersburg. 9 storeys of the development comprise 167 apartments with various layouts and bedroom numbers, including 8 penthouses. The horse-shoe shaped building layout ensures that most of the sitting rooms have magnificent views over the river, whereas bedroom windows open to the sun-lit internal garden. All the windows of the building are designed with double glass units of 3 meters high. All the apartments of One Trinity Place are commissioned after finishing works. Bleached oak wood and light marble species build the neutral color palette.
