About the project
English Mile is a comfort class residential development in the Krasnoselsky District of St. Petersburg. The project includes 3 stages of construction with total area of about 225 thousand m2. Two first stages have already been commissioned, whereas stage III of 114,144 m2 is currently in progress.
Buildings of 8 to 10 meters high have special zest – in unique architectural design, landscaping solutions, and outdoor amenities. There is everything a citizen might require for comfortable life, outdoor activities and leisure.A comfortable parking, clean air and in-house social infrastructure make the English Mile development even better. Its premises, closed off for vehicles, is supervised 24/7, and there is video surveillance throughout the territory. IP house intercoms are installed at the entrance, and access control arrangements are made.
