About the project
This residential comfort-class development is under construction in the historical part of the Nevsky District – Ust Slavyanka. It is designed at the picturesque turn of the Neva. Many buildings are already lived in, and the local kindergarten is already opened.
The project comprises several 25-storeyed blocks. Bright highlights at their facades create a pattern of sails.
Surrounding grounds are located over the flat roofing of underground parkings, so the yards are closed off for vehicles. There is a recreation zone for leisure, a temporary café, and a sandwalk to the water. There is also a spacious playground styled as a sea port. In the kindergarten designed for 220 kids, there are a swimming pool, a musical class, and a gym.
