About the Project
The Residence on Kamenny Island is located in the centre of St. Petersburg in one of the loveliest and quietest places of the city – that is the embankment of the Malaya Nevka River among century-old park trees.
The main architectural solutions applied to the main building were offered by ASM Group. They include the bow window at the second floor level, the tower with an elevator shaft, the new corridor between the residential and the completely new guest house, and the new design of the building's facades. In addition, the project provides for a pier with stone steps.
Interior design by ICON studio enhances the solemn luxury and severity of classicism. Furniture pieces featuring decorative bronze rosettes and gilded carved ornaments ensure monumentality and symmetry of the interiors. Gilding and crystal elements emphasize the solemnity and restrained elegance of the interiors.
